What Personal Data We Collect and Process

We collect and process the following categories of personal data:

  • Name and surname

  • Phone number
  • IP address
  • Device characteristics from which you access the website (digital fingerprints) On our website, we also use targeted advertising services from Facebook and Google. They have insight into your online activities and create your profiles based on that, which they then link to advertisers like us. While you are present on our website, they collect data related to your interests, consumer habits, and other parameters, but only if you give consent for that. Their data collection mechanisms allow us to reach you through targeted advertising on other internet pages or social networks. However, we do not have access to this data.

With Whom We Share Your Personal Data for Processing

We use services from other companies for processing personal data. This means we need to share your personal data with them. We share data with the following processors:

  • MK Host, where is hosted, which also hosts data related to your restaurant reservations.
  • Google, which allows us to analyze visits and user activity on the website, and then show relevant ads to them.
  • Meta, which allows us to track which users visit which parts of our website and online store.

Transfer of Personal Data Abroad

Some of the data processors whose services we use process data outside of North Macedonia. This means that your personal data needs to be transferred to another country and processed there. Such are Google and Meta, which process data in EU countries. For each transfer of personal data, we timely notify the Agency for Personal Data Protection of North Macedonia or obtain approval for the transfer, if required by the Personal Data Protection Law.

Retention of Personal Data

We keep the personal data we process only as long as necessary for the purposes for which we process them. Each personal data is kept for a different period. This period may change from time to time, depending on how the circumstances related to those purposes change. For example, data we collect for our marketing purposes may be kept shorter or longer depending on how long the campaigns last, etc. Data related to your reservation is deleted after 30 days. In any case, we process personal data only for processing purposes and keep it only as long as necessary to fulfill those purposes.

Your Rights

The Personal Data Protection Law guarantees you certain rights as a data subject, which we respect. These rights are:

  • Access to your personal data, i.e., confirmation that your personal data is being collected and processed by us
  • Correction of your personal data if the data we have and process is incorrect
  • Deletion of your personal data (“right to be forgotten”), which implies the right to request and receive the deletion of all your personal data we process if the legally prescribed conditions for data deletion are met
  • Restriction of processing your personal data
  • Transfer of your personal data to another controller
  • Withdrawal of consent for processing personal data if you have previously given such consent

How to Exercise Your Rights

For any of these rights, you can submit a request to (email). The legal deadline for responding to your request is 30 days. Before responding to your request, we may take action to verify your identity to prevent disclosing someone else’s personal data to an unauthorized person.

Collection and Processing of Children's Personal Data
